ElitePropX provides prop firm challenge passing services. We help traders pass proprietary trading firm evaluations by managing accounts according to the trader's instructions and applicable challenge rules. Results are not guaranteed, and past success does not guarantee future results.

3. Payment Terms

Service fees are quoted at the time of order. Payment is due upfront before service begins. Fees are non-refundable once service has commenced, except as specified in our free test offer.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must be 18 years or older to use our services
• You agree not to violate any prop firm rules or terms of service
• You are responsible for providing accurate account information
• You agree not to engage in fraudulent activity

5. Disclaimer

Trading involves financial risk. ElitePropX does not guarantee that any challenge will be passed. Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not financial advisors, and nothing on this website constitutes financial advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

ElitePropX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
